Welcome to the
CeBASE e-mail update!
Once again we
want to inform you of new updates on the CeBASE website (http://www.cebase.org) and other relevant
news over the last months:
- In the Tools section,
the most recent additions/updates include University of Nebraska –
Lincoln’s BORE (Building an
Organizational Repository of Experiences) and the new release of
University of Hawaii’s Hackystat. BORE is a prototype tool
designed to further explore and refine the requirements for tools
supporting experience-based approaches. Hackystat is a tool for
automated metrics collection which has now a newer release with
improved architecture and interface. Please visit our list
of tools and add pointers to others you have found useful:

- In the Reports
section, many new publications were added and are available for
download. You can browse the repository by type of publication or
you can also use a search form: http://www.cebase.org/www/Resources/reports/index.asp.
- The
results of the Third eWorkshop on Agile Methods are now available
on the eWorkshops section: http://www.cebase.org/www/Resources/eWorkshops/index.html.
- In conjunction with
ISERN and FC-MD, we are creating a repository of empirical studies
on agile methods. You are invited to view what we have so far and
contribute your own studies: http://fc-md.umd.edu/projects/Agile/ISERN/ISERN%20agile%20resources.asp
We
would also like to announce a CFP for the International Symposium
on Software Engineering (ISESE
2003). The objective of the symposium is to foster the
development of empirical research in software engineering by
providing a forum where researchers and practitioners can
report on and discuss new research results. ISESE 2003 is part
of, and co-located with ESEIW2003 - Empirical
Software Engineering International Week. Submission deadline
is Saturday, March 29, 2003. To get more details please follow
the link on the News section of our main page
(http://www.cebase.org).
Please remember
you can always use the FAQ (http://fc-md.umd.edu/cebase-faq/faq.asp)
to find answers to your questions and also post your questions. You
can use the Quick Links and Search features to quickly find relevant
information on the website.
